Our 2020 Chardonnay from Tall Tree Vineyard has tropical notes of vanilla, coconut and pineapple. Fermentation was done in barrel with 20% new French Oak barrels adds subtle oak presence lends body and richness. Tropical and fresh with notes of Asian pear, creamed honey, a touch of apple and wet stone, you’ll also find a medley of pineapple, lemon and star anise atop a bright and minerally palate. This Chardonnay also has a beautiful oily texture that is balanced by lively acidity.
