2018 Black Rabbit Red

This structured and elegant wine is full of dark fruit notes: black cherry, plum, dried fig dominate with a spicy undercurrent of cherry bark, faint mint, and toasted oak. We have been making our flagship red table wine for more than 2 decades. Named for Edgefield’s fabled mascot, the Black Rabbit Red is predominately crafted from Bordeaux varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. Rounding out the blend and providing additional complexity is a host of other varietals, including Syrah, Tempranillo, and Zinfandel.
