Fennwood Vineyard was planted in 2007 & 2008 according to Willamette Valley pioneer David Adelsheim’s vision to match each soil series and elevation change to specific variety, clone, and rootstock. This careful planning and execution led to a very complex vineyard layout that enhances the potential success of each block.
Food Pairing Notes
The lushness of this Pinot calls for rich dishes like duck or cassoulet. It would also be an excellent choice for coq au vin.
