Our 2018 Winemaker’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in 33% new French oak. Aromas of Anise, dark chocolate, fresh of the vine blackberries, and a touch of maple jump out of the glass. The palate offers a mouthful of black cherries, swirled with vanilla bean and a spice medley of clove, white pepper, and cayenne. The wine is rich and commanding, with well-structured tannins, freshly balanced acidity and a long lingering finish. Drink now or enjoy for years to come.
